Here at birdhouse cafe we make all our hot chocolates with kokoa collection chocolate pebbles. We mix some dark and some white to give a rich delicious hot chocolate. Enjoy with cream, marshmallows or both

our standard drink is 2 parts Venezuelan 50% chocolate & 1 part Ivory Coast white chocolate. Expertly melted into foamed milk.
we also have a 75% Haitian dark chocolate or a 70% Peruvian chocolate. Change them up and see how chocolate from different parts of the world have massively different flavours.
